C L A S S D E S C R I P T I O N S
*All Levels Yoga - This class is for all levels and modifications are given if needed to ensure the postures are done safely. This yoga class is made up of soft warm-ups with focus on breathing, standing and balancing postures to improve strength, and twists that encourage the body to stretch. The session finishes with a guided relaxation leaving you calm and rejuvenated. Class is taught by Melissa Herbert. 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor.
*Beginner Yoga - We will be exploring the basics of yoga by learning breathing and meditation techniques for stress management, and simple postures to build strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.
*Acro Yoga – Our acro yoga is a unique blend of yoga and acrobatics. We incorporate the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics and the awareness, breath and balance of yoga. Expect to work inversions, flows and balances.
*Drop ins welcome, mats are provided, and fitted work out clothing is recommended.
