Beginning Yoga Series
Have you always wanted to try yoga but didn’t know where to start? This 4 week program will give you all the tools you need to jump into any yoga class.
This class is limited to 5 people to give you the most one on one experience.
We will be exploring the basics of yoga by learning breathing and meditation techniques for stress management, and simple postures to build strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.
Mats, blocks and belts provided. Please wear tight comfortable clothes.
