Private Yoga Session (Group and Individual)
Would you like to learn yoga from the comfort of your home or office? Does coming to a yoga class make you feel uneasy but you still want to reap the benefits everyone has been talking about? We are now offering private yoga sessions.
During our personal sessions we customize a yoga sequence just for you and your personal needs. We walk you through each pose at a slower pace to build flexibility, strength & mindfulness, while occasionally pausing to investigate poses & the specifics of alignment.
We want to help you meet your physical goals in a gentle way.
Mat, blocks and straps will be provided to beginners with limited mobility.
This is for ALL ages and both men and women are encouraged!
No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Meet Your Instructor:
Ana is an accomplished gymnastics instructor with over 16 years of experience. After becoming pregnant with her daughter, she sought out yoga for a gentler form of exercise. She began her journey as a yoga instructor in October of 2017. She specializes in helping people reach their goals of improving strength, flexibility, coordination and mindfulness in an encouraging environment.
