Moderate* Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class
This is a vinyasa flow style class done at a moderate to brisk pace. Expect sun salutations, strength building poses, deep stretching and twists. This yoga class is made up of soft warm-ups with focus on breathing, standing and balancing postures to improve strength, and twists that encourage the body to stretch. This class is Moderate* although beginners who are in good shape can jump right in and are likely to pick up quickly. The session finishes with a guided relaxation posture leaving you calm and rejuvenated. This class is for all levels and modifications are given if needed to ensure the postures are done safely. Class is taught by Melissa Herbert. 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor.
All Levels Yoga Flow Class
This is an all level yoga class that offers modifications for beginners as well as challenges for those who are more advanced in their practice. Everyone is encouraged to practice at their current level of ability and move with ease honoring where you are. We offer blocks, straps and blankets as needed to allow you to tailor postures to your individual level.This practice focuses on: Strengthening the back, core, legs and arms. Lengthening muscles in a gentle way that improves flexibility. Increasing balance. The session finishes with a guided relaxation posture leaving you calm and rejuvenated.
