Candlelight Yoga is on Monday and Wednesdays from 6:15 - 7 p.m.
We warm up with a gentle relaxation yoga stretch to help loosen the muscles from the stresses of the day. Then we move on to guided imagery meditations to will help calm the mind and restore the body.
Class is only $5 drop in.
Wear comfortable stretchy clothes.
Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
Both men and women are welcome!
This is a relaxation style so no prior yoga experience is necessary.
Meet Your Instructor:
Ana is an accomplished gymnastics instructor with over 16 years of experience. After becoming pregnant with her daughter she sought out yoga for a more gentle form of exercise. She began her journey as a yoga instructor in October of 2017. She specializes in gentle yoga, helping people reach their goals of improving strength, flexibility, coordination and mindfulness in a stress free and encouraging environment.
